Our journey began with a single vision: to provide trustworthy and expert legal services to clients both inside and outside Japan.

After passing the shihoshoshi lawyer examination (司法書士試験) in 1998, I established my sole proprietorship in August 1999, driven by a passion for helping people navigate the complexities of legal and property matters in Japan.

 

Over the years, I had the pleasure of assisting a diverse range of clients, and in 2016, I officially founded Ishida & Associates to expand our services and reach.

As the demand for Japanese real estate has grown, we've seen an increasing number of international clients seeking to invest  in or relocate to Japan. We understand the unique needs and concerns of foreign clients and are dedicated to providing reliable, bilingual support to help you achieve your goals with confidence and ease.
